Service Description

A 5-month study and practice programme, to help you begin to cultivate a relationship with Prana (lifeforce energy) and Mantra, through ongoing practice, self-enquiry, and the traditional teachings of yoga. This training is Yoga Alliance accredited, as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Programme), which means that if you are already a yoga teacher and registered with them, you can use it towards your training hours. If you are not a teacher or don't intend to teach, you can still take this training as a way to deepen your own practice and understanding of how practice applies to life.
